What kind of request is this?

Most requests are FIVE cell work. Choose GESC only if you need Joe's team to differentiate an iPSC line to Day 7.

Standard covers most requests. Pick RaftSeq or Reagent only if that's specifically what you need.

Genotypes & cryovials

Add one row per genotype β€” most experiments use 2–5. Each row shows live tube availability; picking a specific vial is optional (the lab selects it at run time).

Plates

Pick a plate β€” we assume one plate at the subtype's usual seeding density, all wells the same. Need more control (plate count, an exact well layout, a custom density)? Open Advanced options on the plate below.

Conditions & deliverable

Spell out exactly what you need handed back and any treatment / coating / media prep that has to happen. The more specific you are here, the fewer follow-up messages it takes to lock in a clean fulfillment.

Flag this if the plate(s) will be antibody-stained and imaged on FIVE's HTai confocal. FIVE tracks it through fix β†’ stain β†’ image and keeps it visible until imaged. It can also be added later once you decide.

Pickup commitment

Cells are delivered live β€” once maturation kicks off the delivery date is locked. Please commit to a pickup window.
