Standing instruction, Mon–Sun: change media, passage if >65% confluent. Lines recur every week until a FIVE user removes them. Check off each day with your initials so the team knows the line was looked at.
Active experiments
Reading each day cell: the italic gray text is the auto protocol step (read-only — recomputed from the experiment's protocol + Day 0). The editable text box beneath it is a lab note / override you type yourself (hand-offs, dosing notes, schedule changes) — it never alters the protocol step.
